The City of Phoenix has accepted American Green, Inc.’s proposal to open its second cannabis grow facility in West Phoenix, the business said. The new state-of-the-art facility is expected to bring in more than $10 million in yearly income for the business.

“At roughly 40,000 SF, this new American Green facility will be planned to have around 36,000 SF under cover and 4,000 SF designated for production and corporate office space,” stated David G. Gwyther, president of American Green. We’re thrilled to announce that our new area will be devoted to the development and sale of our own premium “American Green” cannabis products. The goods will have greater profit margins than the high-quality cannabis we presently provide to over 75 recreational and medicinal marijuana shops in Arizona.”

“Our current “Sweet Virginia Grow” operation has helped us to develop lasting and positive relationships with cannabis dispensaries and wholesalers throughout Arizona over the past few years, giving us a huge head start in the sales cycle with the American Green-branded cannabis products from our new facility,” says Bryan Croteau, American Green’s Cultivation General Manager. These connections, I think, will help us accelerate our American Green brand cannabis goods into the retail supply chain much more quickly than if we were starting from scratch.”

Mr. Croteau said, “Retail dispensaries across the state already love our premium cannabis, and we will be supplying them with many new cannabis products, including various edibles and concentrates like ‘Live Resin,’ ‘Diamonds and Sauce,’ ‘Budder,’ and ‘Apple Sauce,’ all produced using American Green’s own in-house grown selection of cannabis genetics.”

American Green is also very pleased to have Dee Russell, nicknamed “Edible Dee” or “The Happy Chef” as our in-house cannabis chef, creating her renowned edible dishes created for American Green. Chef Dee will be involved in the creation of many of her delectable delicacies, including her renowned cannabis brownies and gummies. In order to earn income as soon as possible, the business will make the construction of its kitchen one of its top objectives. Chef Dee is the author of the cannabis cookbook THE HAPPY CHEF and the DELIC DISHES, which teaches you how to cook with cannabis and fungus.

“The company has already started designing the new facility, and construction will start right away. The business hired Gierczyk Inc. as our general contractor to oversee this expansion project earlier this year. American Green and Gierczyk Inc. will now focus on getting the new cannabis facility up and running as quickly as feasible. Mr. Gwyther stated, “Opening Day is expected in the second calendar quarter of 2022.”
